I got punished for not having my cavalry painted, and during deployment I mixed up the Dragon Princes with the Ellyrian Reavers xD. I started off and got greedy going for the archers skirmishing on the right flank. The Dragon Princes and the chariot charged into them, some of the archers didn't have enough movement to get into combat and died on the spot. Nice that I ate the bowmen, but what now? The Dragon Princes went off the table from the overrun, the chariot unfortunately didn't.. The Fireball did nothing. On the other flank, I countered the lance. The Bretonnian in their turn killed my chariot, but unfortunately passed the check with an overrun and stayed on the table. In my turn I was caught off guard, because it turned out you can't march after coming back on from off the table. So the Dragon Princes were sure to get hit in the face, with no counter charge, by a unit of Pegasus Knights with two heroes, which couldn't end well. On the other flank, the chariot and the Reavers charged into the lance. They won the combat, the lance on Stubborn stopped a few inches from the table edge. The Pegasus Knights charged into the Dragon Princes, three died, but they bravely held. The lance was eaten. In my turn I added the chariot to the combat with the Dragon Princes from the front and the Ellyrian Reavers to the side of the Pegasus Knights, hoping that the combined total is quite a few attacks from the Reavers alone 11, plus the chariot with impacts and a few attacks from the Dragon Princes, I dealt 2 wounds... The chariot and Dragon Princes died, the Reavers were run down, I hid the mage behind a house, the Fireball went off again but didn't cause a wound, the Reavers went behind the woods. End of the battle, in total I dealt 3 wounds to the Pegasus Knights and 1 wound to the general, with I don't know how many attacks and at least a dozen or so wounds from the Fireball.
