2. Scope of the Service

  • BattleReports allows users to create, manage, and publish battle reports.

This license lasts for as long as your content is available in the service and ends when the content is removed, subject to temporary backup retention (up to 24 hours).

5. Photos, Rights, and Consents

  • You may upload only content you are legally allowed to use and publish.
  • If a photo includes identifiable persons, you are responsible for obtaining required permissions or consents.

  • Content containing malware, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the service.

7. Moderation and Notice-and-Takedown

The Administrator may review, hide, block, or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or valid third-party rights claims. If you report content, please include: a clear explanation of why the content is unlawful or infringing, the exact URL or other information that identifies the content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that your report is accurate.

If the Administrator removes or restricts access to content, or suspends an account for legal or Terms-related reasons, the affected user receives a short statement of reasons, including the main factual and legal basis of the decision.

Rights infringement reports and legal notices can be sent to pawel.dev.kaczmarek@gmail.com. The Administrator reviews reports without undue delay and may request additional details where necessary. If you disagree with a moderation decision, you can submit an appeal to the same email within 14 days.
