Army composition

Armies may not exceed 1.500 points in total.
Up to 35% characters, (525 points) the leaders of your core troops, that exclusively join your core troops, meaning they have the same unit type and base size as the unit they are joining.
Exceptions are for models with the “Dragged along”, “Born aloft” and “Palanquin” special rules: they do not have to adhere to the same unit type or base size restrictions, but they do still need to be inside a core unit.
At least 50% (750 points) of your army’s points must be spent on core choices.
Core choices that are normally 0-1 are 0-2 instead.
2+ Infantry Core choices of at least unit strength 15.
Up to 20% of your army’s points (300 points) may be spent on a single special choice.
Up to 15% of your army’s points (225 points) may be spent on a single rare choice.
No choice may exceed 25% of the army total (375 points).
No named (unique) characters, no Allies; Mercenaries are allowed
Fanatics from the Orc & Goblin Tribes army are capped at 0-2 per unit and 0-4 per army
Grand Melee and Combined Arms rules apply.
Legacy armies may use the Renegade Legacy Pack instead. Rules can be downloaded from square Based: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16kAE-p_CWbsH0XatDPuRao6TngSw-KSweUnJa81kOXE/edit?pli=1&tab=t.0

Additional Tournament House Rules

A model can only have 2 different saving throws, including Regeneration.
Models with a base larger than 30x30mm always have 90° field of view.
A vortex that hits a unit which is engaged in close combat will affect both units in that combat, friend and foe. Randomize any hits between both parties. In case of odd hits, the target of the odd hit may be chosen by the caster.
When "Invocation of Nehek" is cast on Heavy Infantry troop type, the number of wounds recovered is equal to the caster’s Level of Wizardry.
