We will use battlemarch army building on 750 points, use old world builderas it can calculate the points and restrictons! In the first round, pairs will be drawn randomly and the Primary force will be selected randomly. In subsequent rounds, the primary force will always be the army of the player with the lower ranking in the table. Armies behave as Suspicious Allies towards each other!
