Format Idea:
The Goblin Tales is a mad, narrative tournament format where battles are shaped as much by strategy as by fate.
At the start of each round—and sometimes in the thick of battle—the roll of a dice may twist the rules of engagement, summon divine attention, or unleash forces far beyond the control of any general.
This is not a test of perfect optimization. It is a test of adaptability, creativity, risk managment and nerve!
If you are looking for a predictable competition, look elsewhere.
But if you want to fight battles that turn into stories—stories you’ll be telling in the next tavern you visit—then you are in the right place.
