WELCOME BACK THE DOJO JOUST, FOR THE OLD WORLD!
Day one, Satuday June 28th is 3 rounds, and day two, Sunday June 29th, is 2 rounds. Games are 3 hours each, with a lunch break on both days for 1 hour (and a 20 minute break on day one additionally).
"Walk in" sign-ups are allowed, based on total capacity up until the start of the tournment which starts Saturday, June 28th, before 9 am.
(We are hosting two side by side tournament games, independent of each other, "The 9th Age 3.0" and "The Old World" for a two day tournament, 5 rounds for both games.)
We can host up to 30 players total COMBINED for both games, based on first come, first serve sign-ups.
There will be awards handed out at the end to the players who win them accordingly!
The venue is at All Star Martial Arts, 706 Lindero Cyn Rd Suitre 710, Oak Park, CA, 91377 (Northwest of Los Angeles). Tournament venue is a fully air-conditioned retail location. Nearest Airports are Burbank (Regional) or LAX (International).
We are hosting both games in an air conditioned karate dojo (see above for the address) with plenty of free parking in the venue's lot, with a $60.00 fee for both days, that will include beverages as well for those who participate. (There is also a Subway store in the same venue lot within a 30 second walk that offers any players 10% off of their menu prices for quick and easy food access.)
For both games, all terrain is professionally made and painted, and provided by management. (The mats for both games will be themed, at 6 feet by 4 feet, on 8 feet by 4 feet tables, and randomly assigned to each player, each game.)
See Tournment Rules below for details and structure.
