Chess clocks:

- PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PLAY ON CHESSCLOCKS. IF PLAYERS ARE NOT USING A CHESS CLOCK AND THEY DO NOT MANAGE TO COMPLETE THE FULL 5 ROUNDS THEY WILL BE GIVEN A 0-0 LOSS FOR BOTH PARTIES

- we are dividing the time left in the round between the players after the time used for army presentation, picking sides, secondaries, and such

- the time should start with the beginning of the deployment

- if one person runs out of time the only actions he is allowed to take is rolling saves or scoring points which they can achieve without moving their models

List format, checking, and submission:

- THE LISTS ARE TO BE WRITTEN IN COMPLIANCE WITH WTC FORMAT OR THE OFFICIAL GW APP EXPORT

- Lists are to be posted on the events ChampionsHub page linked here: https://championshub.app/wh40k/events/74a47458-c461-46d4-b933-dc78d7072e0f before 26.02 23:59

- Failing to submit the list in this way in the correct format will result in a - 50 DP penalty for the player.

- After the list submission deadline players will be required to check their opponent's list. The deadline for list checking is 28.02 23:59

- if the list has any mistakes you are required to post this information in the tournament's forum topic listing the mistakes found

- if the list has no mistakes no action is required.

- in case of mistakes in the list found during the event and not communicated beforehand, the person responsible for checking the list may be given penalty points at judge's discretion

- Corrected lists are to be re-posted on the ChampionsHub page.

Terrain rules:

- WE ARE USING WTC Terrain Features with their rules.

- THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE USING WARMASTER GT TERRAIN PACK. The layouts will match the deployment played each round.

Conduct rules:

- YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE VENUE. FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

- as per WTC Event Guidelines players are to be acting in a manner of friendly, competitive but gentleman's game. Any player whose behavior does not comply with that statement can be reprimanded and penalties can be incurred.

 Further explanation of what constitutes this rule can be found in the WTC Event Pack linked above and the WTC FAQ.

- players caught cheating (unauthorized manipulation of terrain, using different models/equipment than on the roster, flagrant rules misinterpretation benefiting the player, fixing scores)

 will receive an instant 0-point loss from the game. Each such situation will be resolved individually by the judge. Any further misconduct will result in disqualification from the event.

- verbal abuse, and squabbling with a judge can lead to disqualification from the event (a civil discussion about rules with a judge is allowed)

- the judge's call is the final one

Hobby scoring:

Any alternative models or conversions must be submitted to the TO before the event and gain the TO's permission, failing to do so might result in the model being removed from the table and for the rest of the tournament at the judges' discretion. This is only applicable for models that have not been previously accepted for any two-day tournament in Poland in the calendar year preceding the tournament or that have failed to be accepted for any of those tournaments.

Hobby scoring is a subjective opinion of the judge and models being battle-ready is within the judge's discretion.

Army being Battle Ready scores an extra 10VP at the end of the tournament.

Battle-ready armies consist of painted models, fully based, with full WYSIWYG and with unit distinctions.
