Friday Alliance Cup 2025 (Warszawskie Bełty / The Nations Cup)

The Pipeweed Smokers group is pleased to invite you to an extra event — the Friday Alliance Cup, where players will get a chance to face off against an international crowd.

1. General Information

• Date: June 20, 2025
• Location: Hotel Groman, Aleja Krakowska 76, Sękocin Stary, Poland
• Player Cap: 100
• Judges:
• Mikołaj "Dębowy" Dębicki
• Daniel "TommyDeVito" Cichoniec
• Format: 450 points

Prizes:

• 🎲 Commemorative dice for the top 10 players

2. Registration

All players are required to register and submit their army lists according to the following schedule:

• By June 18, 2025 — Register via Championshub:

• By June 19, 23:59 — Submit both army lists via Championshub:
• Lists must be created using Tabletop Admiral and uploaded as a single image file (if submitting two armies) generated by the builder:

3. Army Composition

• a) Format: 450 points; tables are 48" x 48"
• b) Players may bring one or two armies built according to the official rulebooks:
• MESBG Rules Manual
• Armies of The Lord of the Rings
• Armies of The Hobbit
• Armies of Middle-earth
• Matched Play Guide
• Plus any other publicly released GW documents as of June 16, 2025
• c) If bringing two armies, one must be from Good, the other from Evil
• d) All models must be fully painted and based
• e) WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get):
• Not required for heroes
• Required for warriors if the same unit has varying equipment
• f) Proxies are not allowed
• g) Conversions are allowed — submit photos to judges for approval
• h) Models from Unreleased Miniatures and Orzol Studio are allowed without pre-approval
• i) Models from Fajkowi Zielarze may be used only by players who earned them in previous or current editions of Fajkowy Szlem — max 1 per list

4. Gameplay

• a) The tournament is singles format
• b) First round pairings will be drawn the day before the tournament
• c) Scoring system:

Major Victory – 7:0

Minor Victory – 5:2

Draw – 3:3

Tie breakers:

1. Total Tournament Points
2. Total Victory Points
3. Result of head-to-head matchup

• d) Game time: 85 minutes
• Players have 10 extra minutes to complete the current turn and input results into Championshub
• e) Players must be familiar with the official GW FAQs
• f) After each game, results must be entered immediately
• g) If one player has two armies (Good & Evil) and the other has only one, the dual-list player chooses which list to use.
• If both players have two armies, they each roll a die — the winner plays Good.

5. Scenarios

• Round 1: Pool 6
• Round 2: Pool 2
• Round 3: Pool 4

Scenarios will be randomly selected before each match from the new Matched Play Guide, where each pool includes four possible scenarios.

6. Tournament Schedule

• 18:20 – 19:55 – Round 3
• 20:00 – Victory feast & international mingling! 🎉

7. Additional Notes

• a) Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
• b) Any conceded games or agreed draws must be reported to a judge before submitting results to Championshub
• c) Unsportsmanlike conduct (cheating, stalling, misleading opponents, etc.) will be strictly punished, up to disqualification
• d) Point penalties will be assessed at the judges’ discretion
• e) Unpainted or non-approved models may be removed from play and counted as dead for the game
• f) Judges' rulings are final and non-negotiable
• g) Organizers reserve the right to amend the rules

3. Kompozycja armii

• e) WYSIWYG:
• Niewymagany u bohaterów
• Wymagany u szeregowych, jeśli jednostki tego samego typu mają różne uzbrojenie
• f) Proxowanie jest zabronione
• g) Dozwolone są konwersje – zdjęcia należy przesłać sędziom do weryfikacji
• h) Modele z Unreleased Miniatures i Orzol Studio są dozwolone bez wcześniejszej zgody
• i) Modele Fajkowych Zielarzy są dopuszczone do gry wyłącznie w rozpiskach graczy, którzy zdobyli je podczas poprzedniej lub bieżącej edycji Fajkowego Szlema – maksymalnie 1 Fajkowy Zielarz na rozpiskę

4. Rozgrywka

• a) Turniej w formacie singlowym
• b) Pary do pierwszej rundy zostaną wylosowane dzień wcześniej
• c) Punktacja:
• Duża wygrana – 7:0
• Mała wygrana – 5:2
• Remis – 3:3
• d) Czas na bitwę: 85 minut
• Po zakończeniu czasu gracze mają 10 minut na dokończenie tury i wprowadzenie wyników do Championshub
• e) Wszyscy uczestnicy mają obowiązek zapoznać się z oficjalnymi FAQ GW
• f) Po każdej bitwie gracze niezwłocznie wpisują wyniki do Championshub
• g) Jeśli jeden gracz posiada dwie armie (Dobro i Zło), a drugi tylko jedną – gracz z dwiema wybiera, czym gra.
• Jeśli obaj mają po dwie armie – rzucają kością; wyższy wynik gra Dobrem

• I runda: Koszyk 6
• II runda: Koszyk 2
• III runda: Koszyk 4

Scenariusze będą losowane przed każdą rundą z nowego Matched Play Guide, gdzie każdy koszyk zawiera 4 możliwe scenariusze.

6. Harmonogram turnieju

• 14:30 – Rejestracja uczestników
• 15:00 – 16:35 – I bitwa
• 16:40 – 18:15 – II bitwa
• 18:20 – 19:55 – III bitwa
• 20:00 – Wielkie biesiadne AUUUU dla zwycięzcy! 🎉 (międzynarodowa integracja)

7. Dodatkowe zastrzeżenia

• a) Na terenie turnieju obowiązuje zakaz palenia poza wyznaczonymi strefami
• b) Wszelkie remisy lub poddania muszą być zgłoszone sędziemu przed wpisaniem wyniku
• c) Zachowania niezgodne z duchem fair play (oszukiwanie, gra na czas, wprowadzanie w błąd itd.) będą surowo karane, łącznie z wykluczeniem z turnieju
• d) Kary punktowe za przewinienia są przyznawane według decyzji sędziów
• e) Modele niezaakceptowane do gry lub niepomalowane mogą zostać przez sędziego usunięte ze stołu i uznane za zabite
• f) Werdykt sędziego jest ostateczny i nie podlega negocjacjom
• g) Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu
